Trouble Shooters is your Toronto commercial hydro jetting experts! With over 35 years’ experience using hydro jetting to clear all types of blockages in commercial properties. From grease in mall food courts to descaling a cast iron pipe in an older apartment, we can remove even the most stubborn line blockages. Our fleet of commercial hydro jetting trucks comes equipped with many specialized nozzles to effectively provide our commercial customers with a permanent solution. At Trouble Shooters, we own and operate our own hydro jetting trucks ensuring you top tier service every time you call.
Hydro jetting, sometimes referred to as hydro-flushing, hydro scrubbing or high-pressure water cleaning uses very pressurized water to push against and dislodge the block. Unlike a typical snake which just punctures a hole through the block, hydro jetting completely removes the blockage by scouring the inside of the pipe.
With 3000 PSI of pressure and up to 30 gallons per minute of water; we can clean any drain line from 1 ½” to 18” in diameter. Cleaning drains in commercial or industrial applications generally requires a minimum of 15 GPM. Anything less simply will not get the job done!
Utilizing a variety of specialized nozzles, Trouble Shooters commercial hydro jetting trucks can cut through any number of stubborn drain blockages. We actively work with property managers to evaluate each situation and often recommend hydro jetting as the right course of action. Common commercial applications include clearing drains of massive build ups of hair, residue, oil, tree roots or mineral deposits.
Commercial hydro jetting is also very useful if your property has calcium buildup (mineral deposits) inside of the drain. It can effectively scrape off the buildup while giving new life to older pipes. Unfortunately, this is only a temporary solution as once the calcium is dislodged it is heavy and just sits in the drain instead of flowing away. Further excavation of a section of the drain may be necessary to fully rid the line of the calcium. If dislodged calcium is not attended to it could cause further blockages.
